Our Sales Engineering department is a combination of designers from A.P. Green, Harbison-Walker, and North American refractory companies. An average of 20 years experience per employee is shared by this knowledgeable group. Most all refractory applications are processed regularly utilizing 2D and solid modeling CAD software. No job is too large or too small, from a complex multi-stage cement preheater to a precast shape. Below is a list of common vessels types and applications processed by the department.

The output of the Sales Engineering department consists of refractory lining drawings, vessel bills-of-material, shape drawings, thermal profile calculations, and more. Because of the huge time and personnel investment required to offer and maintain these services the following charges are necessary.

Charge for Services
Lining drawing services are offered only in conjunction with associated refractory purchases at the following rate. Substantial revisions to previously approved drawings may also be billed.

$1500.00 per drawing sheet, either 17" X 22" or 22" X 34" sizes
